The Lead Teacher is responsible for guiding and instructing children through creative planning and implementation of a developmentally appropriate daily program of activities promoting each child’s affective, cognitive, physical, perceptual-motor, communicative, social and spiritual competence. They will directly report to the Preschool Director.

The Worship Pastor/Minister is a musically gifted and spiritually mature Christian who serves the CrossPoint Hutchinson body with a primary focus on facilitating musical worship for all ages in a variety of venues. They recruit, develop, and care for worship team members. If a pastor, they will assist our local pastoral team in leading and shepherding the flock at CrossPoint Hutchinson.
